America Rows Newburgh at the Ergatorium
The rowers of America Rows Newburgh are working hard at our indoor Boathouse winter fitness program, every Tues and Thursday.
They erged on our 30 ergometers (indoor rowing machines) and worked out with light weights to get stronger for spring rowing season.
Back to the Pool on Monday!
